- The SGPSO will prefer the contribution of local authorities, by contracting loans up to several billion euros in order to pay the client for the part of local authorities during the site of the site, mainly between 2027 and 2037.First loans could be contracted from the second half of 2025. This debt will be reimbursed by minimum forty years, by the own resources of the SGPSO, namely the budgetary contributions of communities as well as the tax products dedicated to the project.The SGPSO's loan strategy is based on three pillars: i) in connection with the status of the SGPSO, its resources and its mission, the search for diversification and balance in funding sources; ii) flexibility to be able to adapt a loan strategy according toof the economic situation; Finally, iii) of funding consistent with the characteristics of the European, socio-eco-exmplary infrastructure project and responding to climatic issues by working for sustainable mobility, leading it to orient itself towards green finance with the ambition to putIn operation, a 100% green financing program, for its loans as for its bond emissions.
