As part of the climate plan, the rehabilitation of a building from a wave of construction from the 80s (ZAC de l'Evangile) relates to a set comprising 122 dwellings and three shops. The buildings, spread aroundFrom a central courtyard surrounded by buildings, have various volumes, ranging from R+3 to R+7, on two parking levels. The main rehabilitation works include insulation of facades, replacement of joinery, renovation of common areas, improvement of ventilation,The upgrading of electrical installations and the repair of wet parts of the accommodation. This project aims at NF-Habitat certification.
