The purpose of this market is to designate for a period of 6 years, the auditor who will be in charge of certification of the accounts of the scientific cooperation foundation Jean-Jacques Laffont-Tsee for the financial year from 2025 to 2030 in application of the provisions of articles L 225-218 et seq. 822-41 of the Commercial Code. This period begins from the notification of the auditor to end the day after the deliberation of the board of directors which will rule on the accounts 2030.The closure of the financial year is on December 31 of each year N. The accounts, arrested by the office, are approved by the board of directors in May or June n+1.
