- The purpose of this consultation is to acquire RGB and infrared (PIR) orthophotography on the territory of RT and its derivatives. RGB and Infrared Color Digital Orthologography (PIR) will cover the entire territory composed of 36 communes and will be carried out at a period when the vegetation cover is minimal. The conducive period to respond to this constraint will be between March 1st and April 30th. The territory represents 637 km² or 719 km² with the 500 m buffer zone. Its precise delimitation is the subject of Annex 1. The spatial resolution requested from this orthophotography is 5 cm plot and the planimetric and altimetric precisions are respectively less than 8 cm and 10 cm. The resolution of the LIDAR measure will be at least 8 points per m² in rural areas and 4 points per m² in urban areas.
