- The services will be the subject of a fractional framework agreement with order form with maximum and without minimum in application of articles R. 2162-2 and following, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The maximum amount in value of the framework agreement for all lots of theConsultation is
197,500 euro (s) HT per year or 790,000 euros (s) HT over 4 years (maximum duration of the framework agreement)
The framework agreement will start from October 1, 2025, for a period of 1 year, it will be renewable 3 times tacitly
