The CCIV wishes a counting solution via a drone allowing, transmission, the collection and processing of video image transmitted in real time to innovative video analysis software, allowing the daily counting of vehicles stored on the port. As well as incident detection (security,security, fight against pollution). It is expected: -The development and supply of a quick and intelligent new vehicle counting solution. -Acquisition of a drone and device rental solution: secure platform /station station allowing outdoor storage.-The processing, storage and transmission of secure data.
