- The purpose of this consultation is to award a service concession contract relating to the provision, installation, maintenance, upkeep and operation of advertising street furniture in the territory of the municipality of Ambares -Et-Lagrave
This procedurest passed in accordance with the provisions applicable to the "simplified" procedure provided for by the provisions of articles R 3126-1 et seq. of the public procurement code. The city has decided to use an open procedure leading to candidates having to submit, at the same time, theur application file and their offer file, in separate envelopes.
The services concern: 30 municipal information furniture of approximately 2 m2 with one side intended for municipal communication which will be equivalent to the advertising surface; Printing and setting up 12annual campaigns of 31 four-color posters in 120x176 cm format; The provision of 12 pieces of furniture (2m2) for free display; The installation of 4 color electronic newspapers of non-advertising information (fixed side); A mobile application (Android or iOS compatible) with informationpractical information and city news.
Possible additional service: The municipality would appreciate the provision of 4 digital furniture reserved for administrative display.
