- The concessionaire will be responsible for:
- The management of the service and the exploitation of the installations, - the management of the advertising and non -advertising information, - the management of the city's institutional communication campaigns according to the terms provided for in the contract,
-The acquisition and supply of all the equipment, which can be refurbished (if choice of refurbished to new),
- the installation of the installations and their connections on the various networks necessary for the operation of the service,
- the execution of the works and the restoration of thePotters and roads identical,
- The perception of commercial recipes and any annex recipe linked to the exploitation of the delegated service,-
- The cleaning of all furniture and the maintenance in perfect working condition of service installations with biodegradable productsand non-pollutants,
- The renewal of equipment and equipment that would come to be deteriorated or defective,
- the administrative and financial management of the service,
- The provision of all the information furniture which will mainly carry the institutional campaigns ofThe City,
