The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. The object of the market is to set the services for the execution of counts and field surveys in the metropolitan public space. The types of survey concerned areThe following: - Automatic road counts of vehicles in the current section (flow, speed, heavy goods vehicles, bikes?); - Direct vision accounts of all types of vehicles; - Origin-Destination surveys by statement of mineralogical plates; - Interview surveys withmotorists; - pedestrian counts; - Bicycle counts; - Motorized personal movement machine counts (EDPM); - Parking surveys (occupation, rotation, minute stops); - List of the vehicle filling rate; vintage of vehicles; - Start time statementStop; - Interview surveys with residents for communal travel plans (PCD); - Seizure and cartography of the results of the surveys carried out with the inhabitants. - The surveys are of variable size: they may as well require the presence of a single investigator asabout twenty at the same time or the use of specific equipment
