The object of the consultation consists in carrying out a complete project management mission within the meaning of public procurement for the following project: the replacement of the roof of the hangar of the aerial section of the gendarmerie (SAG) of Rennes - Saint -Jacques de la Lande. Project description: heIt is a hangar, a total area of 747 m2, made up of a 526 m2 mechanical repair hall, eight offices and technical and storage rooms. The year of construction of the hangar is from 1965. A rehabilitation was carried out in 1992. This hangar is home to two helicopters of the gendarmeriemeasuring more than four meters high as well as large facilities used for their maintenance.
