- The Modane-Avrieux Onera Center operates three centrifugal compressors 9 bar. The control control of these compressors is now made from several APRIL 5000 automutes, relay and other specific hardware (PID regulator, measuring chain, ...). The machine interface is only done via the button and displays. Some measurements are historicized on an InTouch supervision (only for anti pumping PCV valves). The requested benefit is to replace the current APRIL 5000 PLCs from GA3 and GA2 auxiliary groups, Siemens automatons in the S7 1500 range. Current features will be retained in the state. The programming will be made to the same as the current programming. Replacement will be done by minimizing electrotechnical changes. These replacements, are intended to make the automaton structure that is obsolete and to have an automaton architecture to add or modify features, such as the addition of analog sensors.
