Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to rent and maintenance of clothing vehicles in a driver without a driver. This consultation is launched according to the tender procedure opened in application of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreementis concluded for a year from its date of notification.
It may be renewed 3 times by tacit renewal without the holder can oppose it. The framework agreement is in order form in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the code of the codeOrder without an annual minimum amount but with the maximum annual amounts indicated in the consultation parts.
