Description:
As part of the execution of its missions, the company Blue Lines is responsible for the management and exploitation of maritime public transport, in accordance with the concession agreement concluded on June 26, 2024. This activity implies the mobilization of navigant and sedentary personnel, distributed onthe entire territory of Martinique. Certain conditions (weather, technical incidents, strikes, etc.) may temporarily prevent navigation. In order to guarantee the continuity of the public transport service in these situations, it is necessary to provide a terrestrial solutionsubstitution. As such, this market has the purpose of the establishment of a Bus substitution Terretting Transport Transport, intended to ensure the continuity of service of the maritime lines operated by Blue Lines, in the event of temporary interruption of maritime traffic. The market provides forRapid mobilization of road transport with drivers, to serve the same boarding/landing points as the usual sea lines, or other points defined in consultation with poweradjudicator
