The cultural services of the city of Melun are in charge of setting up the Lumen Anagram project in Melun, but also unit of light measurement. The long-term project is to consolidate living together in all districts of the city of Melun by bringing together all the living forces of the city through multiple cultural and heritage action. To do this, the cultural services of the city of Melun in connection with local artists, but also with renowned cultural institutions such as the Louvre museum or that of decorative arts, have decided to set up 2 video projection systems. A video projector with a power of 30,000 lumens will be installed in a lasting way on the third floor of the Astrolabe media library and will use the facade of the administrative city as a screen.
