- The contract aims to designate the project manager who will accompany the city of Epinay-sur-Seine in the project to repair the stands and cloakrooms of the sports municipal park. 1 - Context of the site and stakes The Epinay-sur-Seine Sports Municipal Park is an essential place for Spinassian's sports practice. It brings together several equipment (gymnasium, tennis courts, football fields, ...), whose land of honor. This welcomes the matches of the city football team as well as athletic competitions. In order to improve the quality of the sports offer and increase the capacity of the equipment, the city of Epinay-sur-Seine has decided to renovate the area of the land of honor, which includes the football field , the track athletics, the tribune and the locker room. For this, it is planned: · The reconstruction of the football field and the athletic runway · The rehabilitation / restructuring of the platform and the locker room This operation covers only the restructuring of the tribune and the locker room. 2 - The project The project will include the following spaces: • 5 cloakrooms including 1 locker rooms • 5 shower blocks including 1 downs.
