Description:
This market notice aims to set up a framework, mono-attribute framework agreement, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of € 5,000,000 excl. of a negotiated procedure on behalf of the RATP group.
The expected deliverables are as follows:
1/ Individual psychological support for employees of the RATP group:
- telephone permanence accessible on a free green number 24/7 dedicated to RATP (first call): 1,300 calls/year
- consecutively, interviews with a psychologist of the holder / with psychologists of his national partner network: 5,000 interviews / year
- Card supplies indicating telephone numbers: 8,000 /year
- Digital solution for light psychological support when appropriate (new service)
2/ Psychological support and/ or telephone permanence on solicitation of managers, occupational health teams, hygiene and security referents designated by the social and economic committees of the RATP group:
- telephone permanence accessible 24/7 via a number dedicated (blue number) (first call): 400 calls /year
- consecutively, individual interviews with a psychologist from the holder / with psychologists from his national partner network: 800 interviews / year
