- This selection procedure is subject to the provisions of article L.2122-1-1 of the General Code of Property of Public Persons aimed in particular at ensuring a selection presenting all the guarantees of impartiality and transparency via in particular the implementation of advertising measures allowing potential candidates to come forward. A separate agreement will be concluded for each of the two sites. 1.1 Purpose: This selection procedure concerns the conclusion subsequent to the benefit of the selected entity from a state occupation title in the form of a temporary domain occupation agreement, in application of article L.2122-1 of the General Code of Property of Public Entities. The commercial lease regime is excluded. 1.2. Essential characteristics of the agreement At the end of the selection procedure, an agreement for the occupation of the public domain with a view to the installation and operation of a photovoltaic power plant will be concluded for: The gymnasium Jablonsky, 26 rue Louis Braille - 36000 Châteauroux The Municipal Technical Center, rue Rolland Garros - 36000 Châteauroux. Two separate agreements will be concluded. Two distinct operators could therefore be retained. The agreement will be concluded from of its signature by the parties. It is estimated that this could last 30 years.
