Description:
The procedure does not have for the object the allocation of one or more concessions, but only of temporary occupation authorizations in the public domain governed by article L2122-1 of the CG3P. As part of the rehabilitation of the nautical stadium, the provision of premises is provided for aRoof top catering activity (R+1) as well as the provision of premises for a fitness/well -being activity in roof top (R+1). Finally, it is also planned to make spaces on the lawn of the nautical stadium with a space for the exploitation of a food kiosk.Each of these 3 premises or space is the subject of a distinct batch. With regard to premises located on the public domain belonging to the municipality, the occupation must be the subject of a title. These 3 separate lots allowing their respective occupants to occupy or use the public domain for aeconomic exploitation, the allocation of these securities must be subject to a selection procedure.
