The purpose of the market is the technical assistance mission to complete project management (ATMO) relating to the energy renovation operation of the Mobile Brennier gendarmerie barracks in Bourgoin-Jallieu (38). A firm slice is provided and 3 optional slices. In addition, the servicesare broken down into technical parts. Farm range: technical part 1 - Prerequisite; Technical part 2 - Drafting of the pre -program; Technical part 3 - Drafting of the program; Technical part 4 - Choice of the holder of the Global Market / Optional section 1: Technical part 5 - MonitoringDesign studies / optional tranche 2: Technical part 6 - Work monitoring / Optional tranche 3: Technical part 7 - Monitoring of maintenance operation. The budget envelope envisaged by the client for the operation is 12,000,000.00 euros including tax. Compulsory visit(Cf. Article 3.7 of the consultation regulations). The client reserves the right to entrust to the holder of the markets whose purpose is the provision of services similar to those entrusted to him under this market (see article 2.5 of the regulation ofConsultation).
