CAPBP Coordinator of the command group whose members are:
The Pau Bearn Pyrenees Urban Community, the City of Pau, the Pau Communal Social Action Center (CCAS), the Municipality of Bougarber, the Municipality of Uzos and the Syndicat Mixte Pau Bearn Pyrenees Mobilites (SMPBPM).
Framework agreement without mini and with maxi. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the following conditions and limits:
For non-urgent services less than or equal to 5,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax and for urgent services regardless of the amount: master purchase order agreement
For non-urgent services exceeding 5,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax: framework agreement for subsequent contracts
In the event of an emergency and whatever the amount: the concept of emergency includes measures aimed at eliminating a danger for the person, for property, or a formal notice from the SDIS.
The maximum amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement and for each renewal period:
CAPBP: 100,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
VDP: 100,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
CCAS: 20,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
Municipality of BOUGARBER: 20,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
Municipality of Uzos : 20,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax
SMPBPM: 10,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
The framework agreement is concluded 1 year from the date of notification of CONTRACT.
