Description:
This market is a framework agreement for order formal enforcement in the form of a market with formalized procedure in application of articles L2125-1 1 and L2124-1, and articles R2124-1 and R2124-2, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public order code. The market is concluded without minimumAnd with an annual maximum: - 250,000 euros HT for lot 1, for services ordered on the basis of unit prices, - 90,000 euros HT for lot 2. The market is concluded for a period of one year from its notification. By way of derogation from article 3.1.2 of the CCAGS FCS, the notificationis deemed to be made on the date of sending documents on the buyer profile. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a period of one year. The holder cannot claim any compensation in the event of non -renewal of the market. If the market is not renewed, the buyer will inform theHolder by registered letter with acknowledgment 3 months before the end of the market.
