Description:
This consultation is launched according to the procedure: Open call for tenders R.21242 1 and R.21612 to 5 of the public procurement code. The purpose of the consultation is: assistance to project management in order to provide assistance and expertise pushed on the technical levels,financial and legal in the energy field. It is expected of the holder of the market for intellectual benefits for the benefit of the Energy and Energy Performance Service and the Metropolis Nice Cote d'Azur type of: -consign, -Aide to the decision, -tude of opportunity or feasibility,-Audit in connection with the energy platform The holder will have to provide advice and expertise in the energy field and in particular in connection with the energy renovation platform and renewable energy development projects (heat, photovoltaic networks…).
