Description:
Mixed framework agreement carried out by order form and by the conclusion of subsequent markets. It is without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,800,000 euros excl.
These are service services with maintenance with the priority to ensure that the Building is as efficient as possible at the energy level (monitoring of consumption as part of the "Energy Sobriety" operation) while respecting the conditions of conservation of archived works.
It is mainly a question of maintaining:
- Main technical installations : heating, air conditioning, ventilation, general electrical distribution, DHW production and distribution, plumbing and sanitary equipment, CFA installations
- Releasing;
- Specific technical installations: technical management of the building (GTC/GTB), inverter, centralized aspiration;
- of the second-eye: locksmithing, carpentry;
- Motorized blinds, roofs and terraces.
A stock of spare parts is made available to the service provider to the notification, which he undertakes to return at the end of the contract
