TECHNICAL CONTROLLER MISSION RELATING TO THE REHABILITATION WORK OF THE CARBONEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The purpose of this contract is to establish the framework for the intervention of the technical controller in accordance with the provisions of article L.111-23 of the Code of Construction and Housing and relating to the missions defined in the article Content of the missions of the technical controller for the works designated below: Rehabilitation of the Honoré Carbonel school group - ERP of 3rd category type R (Establishments teaching) This school group is made up of: - 16 classes for elementary school - 6 classes for nursery school Number of students: - 277 for elementary school - 111 for kindergarten Year of construction of the school: 1955 Address: 270 boulevard Félix Turi - 13730 SAINT-VICTORET The particularity of this operation lies in the fact that it must take place on an occupied site. A so-called drawer operation will therefore have to be put in place
