- The purpose of this market is the purpose of the intervention of the technical controller, concretized by opinions under the conditions of article L125-1 of the Construction and Housing Code, within the framework of the innovation partnership for the construction of semi-liberty districts in France. THE Innovation partnership is made up of two phases: - Phase N 1: Research and development services (R&D) including prototyping. Phase 1 is of a provisional duration of five (5) months, - phase n 2: acquisition of the concept/prototype. The work will be passed in the form of the framework agreement of Design, manufacture and construction of approximately 1,500 places in total of semi-liberte districts in France, lasting forty-eight (48) months renewable three (3) times for a duration of twelve (12) months in application of article L. 2125-1 of the public order code. This market Is a framework agreement for order orders and mono-attribute subsequent markets. It is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount on the total duration of the framework agreement of 142,990euro (s) HT.
