Description:
This is a revival of consultation following the abandonment of the initial procedure.
The services consist in involving a technical control office in application of article L111-23 of the Construction and Housing Code in order to contribute to the prevention of the various hazards techniques likely to be encountered in the realization of works, in particular on the solidity of the work and the safety of people.
The services may concern building or civil engineering work.
Place of performance of services: throughout the territory of the community Agglomeration of Cotentin.
For lot n 1, the market is a framework agreement with mono-attribute order form.
For lot n 2, the market is a multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets, concluded with 3 companies, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers
missions of Technical control concerning work operations less than or equal to 500,000 Euro (s) HT and punctual needs
Framework agreement with mono-attributal order form, without an annual minimum amount, but with a maximum annual amount of 40,000 Euro HT for carrying out control missions technique concerning operations less than or equal to 500,000 euros HT and occasional needs
