- The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out technical control missions in accordance with the provisions of articles L.125-1 and R. 125-17 of the construction and housing code relating to maintenance and construction operations in the various premises of the National Assembly.It is concluded for a firm year from its date of notification. It will then be likely to be expressly renewed for a period of twelve months three times to the maximum. The different places of execution are specified in Annex 1 of the CCP. This market is reserved for the profession ofTechnical control approved by the Minister in charge of construction.
