- The purpose of this intellectual services market is the purpose of the intervention of the technical controller concretized by acts and opinions under the conditions of articles L. 111-23 and following and R. 111-29 and following Housing and relating to the natures and areas defined in article 4 below for the design and realization of the development of the tightness renovation operation and the thermal improvement of the roofs of the Opera Bastille .The Bastille, designed by architect Carlos OTT, was delivered in 1989 and is labeled "XXth century Heritage". Due to the normal aging of the building despite a maintenance policy, repairs are necessary to preserve this building and adapt it to current and future constraints.
