Description:
This consultation concerns a technical control mission for the energy and environmental renovation of the Hotel de Region (Marseille 13).
Open call for tenders (article R2124-2 of the CCP)
The operation covers all buildings and levels of the ground floor and floors of thesite, i.e. 18,385 m2:
The project owner wishes to renovate the site by engaging in an exemplary approach in terms of energy transition, with ambitious objectives consistent with the regulatory framework and the policy of the Region:
- Reduction 50% of energy consumption;
- 50% reduction in carbon emissions.
The project will allow a general technical upgrade of the site, so as to ensure the reliability and sustainability of its critical structures, organs and functionalities with regard to the continuity of service of the regional institution.
External spacesThey will be the subject of proposals for revegetation and installation of photovoltaic panels.
It is planned to organize the work in two phases, temporarily relocating around 250 workstations for each:
- Tranche A: renovation Rotonde - CESER - Hemicycle - Scale
- Tranche B: Presentines renovation.
The duration of the contract starts from its notification and will end at the end of the GPA year
The estimated budget for the work is set at 26,100,000 euro(s) excluding VAT
The deadline forecast for completion of the work is:
