The technical controller market is also broken down into slices as follows: - a firm phase for a technical controller mission on the firm tranche (TF) Works and studies up to the APD mission on the optional tranche (TB) Works - an optional tranche on the pro mission Until the GPA of the optional tranche (TO) Overall surface work of the estimated project: 4,449 m2 Useful surface area for all sections (estimate June 2024) Forecast decomposition of useful surfaces (incorporating the two phases): - the commons (including hall and catering): 680 m2 - Pole Training and Practices: 1,603 m2 - Creation pole: 1354 m2 - Behind the scenes (including accommodation and offices): 812 m2 Place of work execution: the proposed land is located at the eastern limit of the Venissieux LE PUTEOZ planning project, AK86 plot, islet K. To the work by the client: 16,000,000 euros HT work, for all of the two tranches, including furniture by destination and scenic material (estimate in June 2024) for each tranche, the mission brings together the design and realization phases that the owner envisages to entrust to the holder: - Basic missions: L+S
