The service will be performed in the form of a flat -rate public market. The three lots are broken down into five phases: - Support during the MGS consultation phase - Participation in the design of the structure - Monitoring of the completion of the structure - Participation in the reception of the book- Perfectly completion guarantee period It is not planned to decomposition in slices. For the three lots, this market takes effect from its notification and ends in full completion of the services, at the end of the warranty period of perfect completion.
