Description:
Consultation launched by a group of orders between the city of Saint-Etienne (coordinator) and Saint-Etienne Metropole. The group of orders concerns lots 2 and 3.
Services will be subject to a framework agreement with MONO assigning order orders without minimum and with a maximum of218,000 Euro (s) HT on the total duration of the contract, all members of the group combined.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate award.
The services will be paid by unit prices.
For Saint-Etienne Metropole, the framework agreements of all the lots will be concluded for an initial periodFrom one year starting on July 1, 2025 (or on the date of its posterior notification) until June 30, 2026 included.
For the city of Saint-Etienne, the framework agreement of Lot 1 will be concluded for an initial period of one year starting on July 1, 2025 (or on the date of notificationIf posterior) until June 30, 2026 included and the framework agreements of lots 2 and 3 will be concluded for an initial period starting on August 3, 2025 (or on the date of its notification if later) until June 30, 2026 inclusive.
For all lots, they will be tacitly renewed bySuccessive periods of one year without this period being able to exceed four years (initial period and of renewals included), i.e. June 30, 2029 included
