Description:
The major restructuring operation, carried out on an occupied site, aims to: I) Within the Ernest Cuvelette establishment: the repair of roads and various networks, including bringing accessibility into compliance for people with disabilities (Ad'Ap Works Program), La Creation of a half-board for 500 people, the creation of a boarding school of 30 beds approximately 300 square meters, the restructuring of the Ex1 and Ex2 day schools into day school premises (1,750 M2), the creation of a technical platform for 500M2 for the installation of specific health and social training, the Construction of a day school with around fifteen unmarked classrooms of approximately 1,000 square meters of surface area in the work, the installation of a 50Kwc photovoltaic power plant on the new building; Ii) Within the Pierre and Marie Curie establishment: Asbestos removal from buildings on the main siteipal (7,700 Square Meters), Deconstruction of Buildings on the Main Site (9,875 Square Meters). Estimated duration of the works: 27 months (21 months for the restructuring of the Ernest Cuvelette site and 6 months for the deconstruction of the Pierre and Marie Curie site). Estimated Amount of Work: 11 540,000 Euros excluding VAT (Value April 2023).
