The objective of this mission is to allow the MNCA to ensure consistency between the funding files relating to targeted work and the work carried out and billed in MNCA.
This technical audit will relate to the verification of technical and financial documents to justify that each call of grant funds is complete and consistent with the work carried out. For this the mission includes: coherence control between THE Offices on site and administrative documents, both in terms of quantity (met), quality and price (compliance with contractual conditions) as well as the identification of the work carried out on site and the quantities of materials implemented.
