- Framework agreement for order orders Minimum Annual minimum: 5,000 euro (s) HT Annual maximum amount: 70,000 euro (s) HT Ales Agglomeration wishes to attach the skills of a competent firm in terms of collective sanitation to fulfill three types of missions: 1 ) Assistance in matters of Definition of a major, medium and long -term major investment strategy on sanitation systems. 2 ) Assistance in the implementation of this investment strategy. 3 ) Assistance in monitoring studies and rehabilitation or creation of treatment plants, basin storm, lifting stations and sanitation networks. Carrying out these three missions requires a permanent and close collaboration of the assistant with the collective sanitation service of Ales Agglomeration and the elected officials concerned. This market is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, renewable three times expressly, by successive period of one year, without the total duration being able to exceed 4 years. This market takes effect from the effect of the first legal order form. The services will be funded according to the following terms: Ales agglomeration equity. The contracting entity may entrust to the market holder, in application of articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122- 7 of the public procurement code, one or more new markets aimed at the provision of similar services.
