• Boiting targeted by zone
  the framework agreement is mixed (article R2162-3 of the public procurement code); He will therefore be able to perform by means of orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets which may be:
  - or at pricesglobal and flat-rate;
  - either at unit prices;
  - or at mixed prices.
  The minimum and maximum amounts cumulative of orders and subsequent markets that can be carried out within the framework of this framework agreement are defined as follows:
  no minimum amount
  - Maximum amount: 50,000 euros htva perperiod of 12 months
  The framework agreement takes effect from July 1, 2025 or the date of notification if it is later. It is concluded for a period of 12 months renewable 3 times per tacit renewal for a new period of 12 months without its duration being able to exceed 48month.
  As part of its policy of promotion of employment and fight against exclusion, the region of the Pays de la Loire has decided to include, in accordance with articles L2112-2 to L2212-4 of the public procurement code, a socio-professional integration clause as a compulsory condition of executionof this framework agreement. The holder must carry out a socio -professional integration action by reserving 20 hours of work per range of 10,000 euros HTVA of services invoiced to people meeting particular social and/or professional difficulties.
