Description:
Public contract for intellectual services passed by adapted procedure. The purpose of this contract is to carry out a study in order to: - establish diagnostics of the vulnerability of the networks and roads of the Aa Delta; - Establish a link with network managers for identification weak points in their network and to find security solutions; - To raise awareness among managers for the implementation of their future infrastructures. This study is broken down into three phases which could, if necessary, be triggered simultaneously: - Phase n1: State of locations of existing networks, roads and sensitive infrastructures and calibration of the precision to be adopted; - Phase n2: Diagnostics of the vulnerability of networks, roads and infrastructures; - Phase n3: Proposal of solutions for the security of networks, roads and infrastructures. THE The work will mainly focus on the following areas: - Data collection and mapping; - Analysis of hazards and issues; - Consultation; - Adaptation of networks, roads and infrastructure to hazards. The study must follow and draw on the various studies carried out in the framework of the PEP (Preliminary Study Plan).
