Description:
This opinion aims to establish a qualification system for companies for the renewal of speed control (hereinafter "KV") of Line A of the RER operated by the RATP in order to ensure that the competence, organization and know-how of the companies dedicated to intervening on its network guarantees a sufficient level of quality of services and more particularly with regard to rail safety.
Only companies having been the subject, on the day of the launch of the consultation, of an intermediate qualification decision on the basis of this system of qualification and its specifications can be consulted for the Design/Deployment contract for SACEM-KCVB NG. This SACEM-KCVB NG deployment contract will be allocated into several lots.
Only companies that have been the subject of a final qualification decision on the basis of this qualification system and its specifications may be awarded lots of the SACEM-KCVB NG Design/Deployment contract.
