Description:
The purpose of the consultation is to establish a system for reporting, collecting and processing acts of violence, discrimination, moral and sexual harassment and sexist behavior on behalf of Grenoble-Alpes Metropole agents. The services are divided into 2 lots : Lot 1 - Supply of a dematerialized tool for collecting reports Lot 2 - Advisory, support and situation handling services Lot 1 is an ordinary contract (global and fixed price) and lot 2 is a composite framework agreement (flat rate part and "framework agreement" part purchase orders". The maximum amount set for lot 2 is 35,000 euro(s) excluding tax per period. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year, taking effect from March 5, 2025, or from notification if this occurs later. It is renewable 3 times 1 year, for the same amounts
