Description:
Public service delegation for network operation heat system SYNER'GIE was entrusted to DALKIA in 2016 by LE MANS METROPOLE. To date, the heat network extends over approximately 50 km and supplies more than 210 substations located in cities across the country. Mans and Allonnes. Amendment 4, newly validated by the delegating authority, will make it possible to extend this network by more than 20 km and supply nearly a hundred new substations by 2030. This development will be accompanied by the construction of a new 16 MWth gas boiler room, the creation of an import/export substation with the RCU Mans Nord Enr'gie and the installation of hydro-accumulation at the existing Bords de l'Huisne boiler room. The work program in 2026 provides for the extension of the urban heat network allowing the supply of around thirty new substations (residential and community buildings in the Metropolis). The Total estimated length of the antennas to be created will be approximately 4.5 km.
