- The purpose of this framework agreement is the purpose of carrying out the development of roads and soft mobility from the streets of the 2025 road program and sections of the first cycle route of the Grand Dax going from Riviere-Saas-et-Gourby in Saint-Paul-les-Les-Dax respectively. Development worksSweet mobility are part of the Adour Bordable Cycling Route operation for which three consultations have been launched previously and others will be launched later. The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract until May 31, 2026included.
