Description:
This market is a market reserved in accordance with the provisions of article L.2113-12, L2113-13 of the public procurement code. The Trezence Valley site is a sensitive natural space site (ENS) property of the department, located in the municipalities of Puyrolland, Saint-Loup, Annezay, Tonnay-Boutonne and the motto. It is a site that includes different biodiversity tanks, the network of hedges which play a major role in terms of corridor between biodiversity tanks. This market aims to determine operating procedures to ensure sustainable management of this Network, over a period, a 15 -year regeneration cycle, a linear estimated at 4 km to work per year. In addition, the service provider will have to ensure communication, animation and information with local actors on the nature of his service and his interest. This is a framework agreement to order orders with a maximum annual amount of 33,000 euros excl. The framework agreement has a duration of one year renewable 2 times for the same duration, a maximum total duration of 3 years for the same maximum annual amounts. A site visit is compulsory. The contracting authority reserves The possibility of later entrusting the framework holder, in application of articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the public procurement code, one or more new framework agreements having as its object the provision of services similar.
