Description:
This notice concerns the setting up of a framework agreement, with orders (lot 1) and subsequent contracts (lot 2), allotted, multi-attribute with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €4,800,000 having as purpose the purchase of survey and metering services on the RATP rail networkwith a view to measuring passenger flows and developing the transport offer.
The services are divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: origin/destination surveys relating to Daily Traffic on the Rail Network (TJRF);
Lot 2: Other surveys and counts on the RATP networks
Lot 1 is the subject of an framework agreement with orders and will be awarded to 2 Holders (A holder and a reservist);
Lot 2 will be awarded to 3 holders and will be the subject of a framework agreement with subsequent contracts: by solicitation of the holders to each occurrence of need and allocation of each request to the eco offernomically the most advantageous according to fixed technical/economic criteria.
The supply of confidential documents of the specifications and annexes will be subject to the prior signature of an unreserved confidentiality undertaking. The time within which this document must be signed withouts changes or reservations is set for September 4, 2023. Failure to submit the application will be rejected.
