Description:
This consultation, broken down into 2 lots, aims to perform the safety services of all the equipment as well as the care of reception and access control for an international video game competition valuing within the Arena of CA Grand Paris Sud. From September 5 to 30, 2025, the Arena of CA Grand Paris Sud will receive an international Valoring video game competition, organized by the publisher of video games Riot Games. The 30 best world professional teams will compete in the arenas to the semi-final. The final, as for She will be held at Accor Arena from October 3 to 5. These 15 days of competition, will generate an influx of estimated audience between 1,000 and 2,000 spectators per day, requiring: to guard the logistics spaces, but also to ensure the security and protection of the public. To welcome and inform The public, in the best conditions the consultation is broken down into 2 separate lots: lot 1: surveillance and guarding within the arenas of Grand Paris Sud for the Riot Games event, Lot 2: Event host services within the arenas of Grand Paris Sud for the event RIOT GAMES.
