Description:
The market holder coordinates the progress of the work to enforce the overall period prescribed in the contract and allow the delivery of works in accordance with the prescriptions: -In the framework of the scheduling and planning:  Analysis of tasks linked to execution studies and to work,  detect their sequences as well as their critical path, in particular by graphic documents,  Propose measures aimed at compliance with the periods of execution of the work and to an appropriate distribution of any penalties.-In the framework of the coordination : harmonization in time and space of the actions of the various stakeholders at the work stage.-In the management of management:  Apply the organizational measures arrested under scheduling and coordination, at the work stage and up to the reservations in deadlines with work contracts. OPC mission takes place throughout the operation (study and works).
