- _The present consultation is to the award of a monoattributive framework agreement for civic participation for all the activities of Sytral Mobilites outside projects under study or in the course of the creation of transport lines: public policies, AMONTS, Amonts procedures, new structuring projects, adaptation of the transport offer, evaluation, etc.
The benefits of this framework agreement are intended:
To support Sytral Mobility in the integration of citizen participation within the different Sytral Mobility Directorates
To respond punctually and operationally to support the various Sytral Mobility Directions whose citizen participation is not the core business
The framework agreement covers the following missions:
1. Piloting, coordination and monitoring of all actions in terms of participation citizen
2. Public participation of participation, action plans, so -called context studies, opinion polls, advice and expertise services for relationships with all stakeholders, and in consultation with the public and other identified targets.
3. Writing design, Graphic including animated, information and consultation supports: file, syntheses, posters, flyers, etc. Design (excluding production) of mini-films (presentation, micro-top, animated ...), motion design and other supports, assessment ...
