The purpose of this framework agreement aims to set up a nutrition support system for the benefit of school catering services for public high schools in the Pays de la Loire region.

This is a mixed framework agreement (article R21623 of the public procurement code); it can therefore execute by means of orders on the basis of the price indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets.The framework agreement is mono-attribute and is supervised by the minimum and maximum amounts below
Defined:
-Minimum amount: 10,000 euros HTVA for 12 months
-Maximum amount: 150,000 euros HTVA for 12 months
The framework agreement is 12 months to count
its notification and renewable 3 times per12 -month period.
