this lot contains a setof a work unit aimed at: * Sensitize the beneficiaries on methods;
* to the acculturation of beneficiaries in their migration projects towards the cloud; * to training and the communication of the stakeholders of a computer project.
Support in the design of projectsand the monitoring of the user support less than or equal to 500,000 euros HT
This lot contains a set of unit of work aimed in particular to support the beneficiaries: * to the formalization of an expressions of need; * to the drafting of SFG/SFD; * to level 1 user assistance and2.
