Description:
The metropolis wishes to join the services of consulting firms which will be able to assist operational teams in the definition of new methods of structuring services and to support each of them in the definition and implementation of new practices. The Support Service for Transformation (SAT) wishes to be able to use a service provider punctually for advice missions in organization and/or in support for change when it does not ensure them. Missions could be motivated by the need to resolve a problem, to prevent or anticipate it, or by a desire to innovate in an area. These missions are likely to exceed the perimeter of the services of the metropolis, in particular in the search for organizational efficiency with some of our partners (municipalities, associations, …). This consultation is organized with a view to the allocation of a framework agreement, the object of which is to establish the terms governing the subsequent markets which will be made on its basis.
