Description:
This framework agreement relates to the provision of advice and audit services aimed at allowing the Region to ensure its compliance with the regulation of personal data protection, in particular the 2016/679 Regulation (EU) on data protection, (RGPD) and Law n 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, modified by law n 2018-493 law of June 20, 2018 (LIL). In this context, the framework agreement is more precisely for the provision of services relating to
- the realization of impact analyzes for the protection of data (AIPD), in accordance with article 35 of the GDPR (Purpose of lot 1)
- The compliance review of the register of personal data processing activities, as part of the application of article 30 of the GDPR (subject of lot 2).
Each framework agreement is concluded for a period of 24 months, from his date of notification to the holder. It is then renewable twice for a period of 12 months, by tacit renewal, without the total duration being able to exceed 48 months.
For each batch, the framework agreement is mixed (article R2162-3 of the public procurement code); he will therefore be able to execute by means of orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets which may be: or at a global and flat -rate price; either at unit prices; or at mixed prices.
